Do you offer custom area rugs?
Yes! We create custom area rugs in a variety of sizes and shapes using carpet of your choice. Patterned and printed carpets are especially popular for custom rugs. Most custom area rugs start at $250 and are typically completed in about two weeks. We can also special order area rugs from leading manufacturers, including Karastan, Anderson Tuftex, and Stanton.

Yes. Professional measurements and project estimates are provided at no charge. Our team will evaluate your space and determine the requirements for your flooring project.

How long will I wait for installation?
Installation timing depends on the flooring you've selected and whether the product is in stock. For in-stock products, installation may be available as soon as the next day. For special-order flooring, you can generally expect installation to begin within 7–10 days after your materials arrive at our warehouse.
Once installation begins, the timeline depends on the type of flooring, the size of the project, and the conditions in your home. Most carpet installations can be completed in about one day, while hard-surface flooring projects typically take one to four days. Your flooring professional can provide a more specific timeline based on your project.
Will you move my furniture?
Yes. Our installation team will handle the heavy lifting. Before installation, you'll need to remove breakable and smaller personal items from the area. Specialty items such as pianos, pool tables, and clocks should be moved separately by the homeowner or a specialized service.
Will you remove and haul away my old flooring?
Yes. Removing and hauling away your existing flooring are standard services. Our goal is to make the transition to your new flooring as convenient as possible.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Payment requirements depend on your purchase and financing option. With an eligible 18-month, 0% interest special financing plan, you would pay 20% of your purchase at the time of installation, then pay the remaining balance over the promotional financing period. Ask our team about current financing options, terms, and eligibility when planning your project.
What happens after installation?
Our commitment to you doesn't end when your flooring is installed. We stand behind our workmanship and offer installation warranties on most products. Many products include a two-year installation warranty, giving you added confidence in your flooring investment.
